All pieces are shipping from San Francisco, CA. Upon completion of an order and verification that an item is in stock, you will receive a confirmation email and the tracking number within 3-5 business days. Customer is responsible for all shipping, taxes & duties and will be notified of all costs prior to confirmation of final order.
Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
At Muds Ceramics, I want you to love each piece you bring into your home. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange your piece within 14 days of receipt for another item in the shop. If there is not currently any inventory in the shop at the time of exchange, you will be issued a store credit to use at a later date. Store credits issued will not expire. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs & associated fees. For environmental reasons, please use the packaging materials that your item was originally shipped in.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receipt. Please include ‘DAMAGE’ in the subject line & provide detailed photos of the damaged piece, as well as the packaging the piece was delivered in.
For missing or undelivered packages, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
All commission orders are final sale & are not eligible for the return & exchange policy outlined above.
